Article 1 - Length of stay : The tenant reserves for a fixed period. Under no circumstances may he/she claim any right to remain in the property at the end of the stay.
Article 2 - conclusion of the contract : The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has accepted the general rental conditions and has received written agreement or confirmation.
Under no circumstances may the rental agreed between the parties to this contract be transferred, even partially, to third parties, whether natural persons or legal entities, without the written agreement of the owner.
Any breach of this last paragraph may result in the immediate termination of the rental to the detriment of the tenant, with the proceeds of the rental remaining the property of the owner.
Article 3 - Cancellation conditions: These were indicated at the time of booking.
Article 4 - Arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified on the booking between 2pm and 6.30pm at the Domaine Achille Thirion tasting cellar (69 route du vin - 68590 Saint-Hippolyte) in order to be accompanied to the accommodation. On public holidays, Sundays and after 6.30pm, the tenant may arrive independently with an access guide and a key box.
Article 5 - Payment of the deposit : This information was provided at the time of booking.
Article 6 - Payment of the balance: This information was provided at the time of booking.
Article 7 - Security deposit: A security deposit may be requested by the owner on the arrival of the tenant. Once the state of the rental accommodation has been checked after the tenant's departure, this deposit will be returned, less the cost of restoring the premises if any damage has been found.
Article 8 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental property and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises.
Article 9 - Capacity: If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity, the owner may refuse to accept additional persons. Any modification or breach of the booking conditions will be considered to be at the customer's initiative.
Article 10 - Animals: Pets are not accepted in the rental accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the agreement will be null and void. In this case, no refund will be made and customers will have to leave the premises.
Article 11 - Insurance: The hirer is responsible for all damage caused by himself/herself. He must be insured.
Article 12 - Payment of charges: Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be billed back to the tenant.
Article 13 - Disputes: Any claim relating to the rental will be dealt with by the competent court.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the gîtes (if these two spaces are occupied, travellers may park their vehicles in the free public car park on the Route du Haut-Koenigsbourg).
Gîte Grains Nobles - Studio Crémant Blanc - Studio Crémant Rosé and the rooms:
Travellers can park their vehicles in the car park on the Route du Haut-Koenigsbourg. This is a free public car park.
Article 15 - Bike room :
Gîte Chez Juliette - Chez Elodie - Chez Brigitte - Chez Dominique :
Travellers may have access (on request) to the bicycle room. This room is locked. Only travellers with a bike can obtain a key.
Gîte Grains Nobles - Studio Crémant Blanc - Studio Crémant Rosé and rooms :
Travellers can park their bikes in the courtyard behind the tasting cellar.
Please note: The access gate is closed from 6.30pm.
After this time, it will no longer be possible to access the bicycles (but it will of course be possible for travellers to return to their accommodation via the main access).
